2. Create scandalous or obscene works using the Images, nor use the Images in any way prohibited by law.
3. Rent, lease, sublicence, lend or give the Images, or a copy thereof, to another person or legal entity not within the employ of the purchasing individual or institution.
4. Use or permit the use of the Images or any part thereof as a trademark or service mark, or claim any proprietary rights of any sort in the Images or any part thereof.
5. Use the Images in any work or works for sale or rent.
