06.   Does ic language sell products outside the UK?

01. Ordering from ic language
Order products by selecting Pricing / purchase from the product menu, selecting one of the available purchase options, and clicking on the Add to cart button. This will add the product to your shopping cart which will open to display your cart. Select number of items, etc. You can continue to add items to your cart by selecting Continue shopping, or you can proceed to checkout by selecting the Checkout button. All purchases are processed by the award winning and very secure Paypal processing system. All orders are followed by an e-mail confirming purchase.

02. Returns
Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Downloadable products cannot be returned. Please use our contact form to let us know before returning any product - we will then contact you to arrange for the return of the goods and reimbursement if applicable.

03. Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery of all goods is free within the UK.
Delivery is free to all countries for all orders over £100 (including sales tax at 15%)
For other shipping costs outside the UK, please see below:

04. Buying with credit / debit card online
All credit / debit transactions are processed by Paypal.

05. Invoice sales
For institutions only, you may select to purchase tangible goods by 14 day invoice. Select the Cheque option upon checkout, and an invoice will be e-mailed to you. Your goods will be posted to the given address along with a copy of the invoice. Please pass the invoice on to your Bursar promptly as payment terms are strictly 14 days.

06. Does ic language sell products outside the UK?
Yes, we have customers in several European countries and are looking to expand our markets to other continents. If you are a reseller interested in stocking ic language products, feel free to contact us.
