The Introducing the language module can be used in a variety of ways. Use it to introduce new target language, to review language, to play simple games, etc. Introducing the language has flashcards, annotation tools and on-screen keyboards for 5 languages - English, French, German, Spanish and Welsh.
Introducing the language is designed to be used in conjunction with 3 stage questioning.

Introducing the language is suitable for both secondary and primary teaching of MFL.
The Introducing the language module can be used in two ways:
- To introduce new target language or revise target language orally.
- To introduce or revise the written word/language either typed or hand-written.
Tips
- Introducing the language has been devised for use with the 3-Stage-questioning technique in mind. It can of course be used with other teaching techniques. Click here for details of 3-Stage-questioning.
- You could choose to introduce the first 5 / 10 pictures first, play a game to reinforce the new vocabulary and then introduce the second 5 / 10 pictures.
